Setup Fee
We will charge a $750 setup fee for background checks, online LOS,
payroll, training, etc. As a branch your loan officers do not have
to pay a setup fee.
Commission
Working directly under Virtual Branch enables you and your branch to
receive the highest commissions in the industry. We disclosing no
YSP and rate match programs. 100% for all branches.
*We do charge a $495 per file fee.
Licensing
The benefit of working for a national bank is that you work under
our Partners Licenses. We handle all of the licensing for you
which gives you more time to close and fund more loan volume.
