    Terms will be 2% over the six month LIBOR index, with the ability to lock the rate or add a cap or call option to the loan to hedge the LIBOR index for any term, 5 yr fixed and 10 yr fixed available.

    Qualifications
    Income, business and or personal must support the loan or cash flow to service the debt. ( this works for your stated self employed borrowers)
    Must have cash reserves, or post closing reserves of 500K.
    Must show a Bio to support the client as a high net worth borrower.


    To Submit:
    Send the Harbour CIS Form for approval, first.
    (If accepted) send the 2 yrs returns business and personal, credit, appraisal, fannie mae file, and asset statements.

    For all programs, originators are paid on disclosures, affiliation agreements are available as well.
